By using MPOW ("the Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and MPOW ("we", "our" or "us").
MPOW offers:
• Virtual cards with QR Code and NFC support
• Customer review collection and management system
• Real-time analytics dashboard
• Multi-platform configuration (Google, Trustpilot, etc.)
• Technical support via email and WhatsApp
Card types:
• Virtual cards: Instantly downloadable QR Code
• Physical cards: On demand only (production time required)
3.1 Registration requirements
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for your credentials confidentiality
• One account per person/company
3.2 Demo accounts
• Duration: 7 days free
• Limited features
• Automatic deletion after expiration
• No credit card required
3.3 Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use
• Non-payment of services
• Illegal or harmful activity
4.1 Prices
• Virtual cards: 19.99 USD/month per card
• Yearly option: 190 USD/year per card (save 20%)
• Subscription renewed automatically
• Prices may be modified with 30 days notice
• VAT applicable according to your country
4.2 Payment methods
• PayPal (credit/debit cards accepted)
• Secure payment (SSL/TLS)
• No banking data stored on our servers
• Automatic monthly renewal
4.3 Billing
• Monthly subscription billed each month
• Invoice sent by email after each payment
• Cancel anytime (takes effect end of current month)
• Tax data retention: 10 years
🔴 STRICT REFUND CONDITIONS:
5.1 NON-activated cards
• Time limit: 7 days from purchase date
• Full refund possible ONLY if card has NOT been activated
• Request to be sent to support@mpow.net
• Processing within 10 business days
5.2 Activated cards
• NO REFUND possible once card is activated
• Card is considered activated upon first configuration
• Exception: proven technical defect on our part
5.3 Physical cards
• NO REFUND after production
• Physical cards are made to order
• Non-returnable except manufacturing defect
5.4 Refund denial
No refund will be granted for:
• Change of mind after activation
• Misunderstanding of the product
• Requests without valid justification
• Requests after 7-day deadline
• Abusive or fraudulent use
• Terms violation
5.5 Exceptions
A refund may be granted ONLY in case of:
• Technical defect preventing use (proven)
• Billing error on our part
• Service not provided due to technical reasons on our end
Procedure:

2. Provide your order number and justification
3. We review each request individually
4. Final decision within 5 business days
5. Refund (if approved) within 10 days
6.1 Use of your cards
You are SOLELY responsible for:
• The use of your MPOW cards
• Content and configured links
• Compliance with third-party platform terms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.)
• Collected reviews and their management
• Any fraudulent or illegal use
6.2 Prohibitions
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to:
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Collect fraudulent or fake reviews
• Harass or spam users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or bypass security
• Resell the service without authorization
• Use abusive bots or automated scripts
6.3 Limitation of liability
MPOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
• Misuse of your cards by third parties
• Negative reviews received (we provide the tool, not the content)
• Third-party platform decisions (suspensions, etc.)
• Data loss due to force majeure
• Service interruptions for maintenance
• Actions of your clients or end users
• Indirect financial losses or loss of profit
6.4 Service availability
• We aim for 99.9% availability
• Planned maintenance announced 48h in advance
• No 24/7/365 availability guarantee
• Interruptions possible for technical reasons
7.1 Your data
• We NEVER sell your data
• We DO NOT share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes
• GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (USA) compliance
• SSL/TLS encryption of all data
• Secure servers in Europe and USA

• Essential cookies only (authentication, preferences)
• No advertising or third-party tracking cookies
• Cookie law compliance
8.1 Our property
MPOW owns all rights to:
• The platform and source code
• Logo, brand and visual identity
• Content and documentation
• Innovations and features
8.2 Your property
You retain all rights to:
• Your logo and custom content
• Reviews collected via your cards
• Your analytics data
8.3 License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MPOW in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Notification:
• Major changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance
• Update date displayed at the top of this page
• Your continued use after modification constitutes acceptance
Refusal of new Terms:
If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
10.1 By you
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Request to be sent to support@mpow.net
• Cancellation effective at end of current month
• No refund for current month
• Access maintained until end of paid period
10.2 By us
We may terminate your account in case of:
• Serious Terms violation
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months after expiration)
Notice: 30 days except serious case (fraud, illegality)
11.1 Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
11.2 Dispute resolution
• All disputes will be resolved by mediation first
• If unsuccessful, competent jurisdiction: London Courts, UK
• European consumers retain their rights under their country of residence law
11.3 Online Dispute Resolution Platform (EU)
EU consumers can use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12.1 Severability
If a clause is deemed invalid, the others remain in effect.
12.2 No waiver
Our non-exercise of a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
12.3 Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MPOW.
12.4 Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, widespread outages, etc.).
